All services are provided based on information available at the time of service, and pricing, recommendations, and timelines may vary depending on site conditions, equipment availability, and scope of work. Any estimates provided are non-binding unless expressly stated in a written agreement. Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the work area and for disclosing any known conditions that may impact installation, repair, or maintenance services.
Payment and Fees
Payment is due according to the terms outlined on the invoice or service agreement. Late payments may be subject to additional fees. Credit card payments are accepted for customer convenience; however, Southern Plumbing Solutions utilizes a third-party payment processing provider that may charge a processing fee for credit card transactions. If applicable, this fee is imposed by the third-party processor and is not controlled by Southern Plumbing Solutions. Customers who wish to avoid this fee may submit payment via cash or check.
Warranties and Liability
Manufacturer warranties may apply to certain equipment and parts and are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions. Southern Plumbing Solutions is not responsible for failures caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, pre-existing conditions, or factors beyond reasonable control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the cost of services provided. Southern Plumbing Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with changes effective upon posting to this website.
